• We do not permanently collect, store, or retain user photos on our servers.
• All photo and video processing is performed securely on our servers or trusted service providers only for the requested functionality.
• User content is deleted immediately after processing and is never marketed, sold, or shared with advertisers.
• Generated results (such as enhanced or edited photos/videos) are automatically deleted from our servers shortly after creation, regardless of whether they are downloaded to the user’s device.

2. Analytics

We use Appsflyer solely for internal analytics purposes, such as understanding general usage trends and improving the App's performance. No personal photos or identifiable information are shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties.

3. AI Disclaimer

The App relies on advanced AI technologies and trusted service providers to enable certain features. AI outputs may not always be correct, reliable, or safe and should not be considered absolute or authoritative.

4. Security

Because no photos are permanently stored on our servers, risks related to retention or unauthorized access are minimized. Temporary data is erased automatically once processing is complete. Reasonable measures are applied to safeguard analytics data.

5. User Control

• Users retain full control of their photos at all times.
• Photos can be permanently removed by deleting them from the device's gallery.

6. Legal Compliance and Responsibility

• The App must not be used to process, alter, or manipulate images of minors in any harmful, sexual, nude, degrading, or exploitative context.
• Users bear full legal responsibility for any unlawful or harmful use of the App.
• DeepFly disclaims all liability arising from user misuse or from content generated in violation of applicable laws.

7. Children’s Privacy

This App is not intended for use by children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not collect or store any personal data from our users, regardless of age. If the App is used by minors and any content is mistakenly uploaded, it is processed only for the requested feature and then deleted immediately.
