• The App is intended for lawful, personal, and entertainment purposes only.
• The App must not be used with photos of children or minors.

2. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, edit, or generate using the App. You must ensure your use complies with all applicable laws and does not involve harmful or exploitative content.

3. AI Disclaimer

The App relies on AI technologies and trusted service providers to enable certain features. Outputs may not always be accurate, reliable, or appropriate. Results should not be considered suitable for professional or critical use.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Uploading or processing photos of children or minors.
• Creating, attempting to alter, or manipulating any images in a sexual, nude, harmful, degrading, or exploitative context.
• Generating child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any other unlawful, violent, hateful, or infringing content.

5. Limitation of Liability

DeepFly and its developers shall not be held liable for any misuse of the App or content generated through it. Users assume full responsibility for the consequences of their actions.

All uploaded content is processed only for the requested functionality and is automatically deleted from our servers once processing is complete. Generated results are also removed after a short time window.
